I am not here to fix you, but I am here to help guide you and cheer you on while you make your move to a better you. I promise to listen without judgement and to abide by the coaching agreement I will have with you.

Each session, regardless of delivery method, is 1 hour long.
The first session, which I like to call a Discovery Session, is ABSOLUTELY FREE!
All other sessions are $50*/hour.
Active Duty and Reserve Military, Veteran, First Responder rate is $25/hour.
*Prices are negotiable.
